The Optiven Foundation was recognized by The Warrior for Good Awards for its transformative impact in building sustainable livelihoods. This award celebrates the initiative that aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), particularly SDG 11(Sustainable Cities and Communities),13(Climate Action), and 15(Life on Land)

The Go Green na Optiven under the Environmental Protection Pillar donated and planted thousands of trees in over 10 counties, growing a sustainable future. This was implemented through 20 learning institutions in a competition that had the objective of rewarding schools for environmental stewardship.

Ann Nyagah, the Optiven Foundation coordinator, expressed that the recognition inspires the team to deepen efforts and continue championing for sustainability across Kenya and beyond.
