The Foundation, through the stewardship of Ann Nyagah, invests in women’s economic empowerment setting a direct path towards gender equality, poverty eradication and inclusive economic growth. “Keep a girl in school” initiative is a testament to our dedication to ensuring equal access for girls breaking the cycle for poverty, promoting economic impact and fostering economic impact.

George Wachiuri, Founder and CEO at Optiven while launching the year of Big Success in 2024 ascended both Mercy Njoroge and Christine Kasaya to Associate Director for Human Resource and Talent Development and Associate Director for the Global Markets respectively reaffirming women participation.
