The University of Nairobi – Kabete Campus bloomed with eco-enthusiasm as the Optiven Foundation’s Go Green Na Optiven initiative took root! Over 500 tree seedlings found their new home, led by a dedicated green army of students, faculty, and environmental champions.
This collaboration wasn’t just about planting trees, it was empowering the learners with knowledge and tools needed to emerge as environmental champions. By fostering a connection with nature, we’re aligning our objectives with the Sustainable Development Goal 11 – To make human settlement inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.
