Optiven Foundation recognizes the importance of keeping girls in school and understands the challenges they face, including the lack of access to sanitary towels during menstruation. Under the Health and Hygiene Pillar, the foundation aims to ensure that girls attend school regularly without worrying about their menstrual hygiene needs.

On this year’s World Menstrual Day, Optiven Foundation joined the Maji Mazuri Headstart Academy in Mathare and distributed sanitary towels to the girls. This is in bid to keep a girl in school ensuring no absenteeism among girls just like their counter parts.

Join us today on our mission to ensure that no girl is left behind and together, let’s make a lasting impact and build a more inclusive and equitable society.
